They all have links to www.SafeAndSingle.com to boot. So, this is like a lot of other bait and switch “verification” scams.
There are lots of these on craigslist and this one works by loading an iframe from ads.camcity.com right in the middle of the page from www.SafeAndSingle.com. If you fill in some garbage there then you’ll get another form from secure.camcity.com that want’s your credit card info for XXXVault.com. There is no woman and you have a new $39.83 recurring monthly fee on your credit card. The fake emails are the bait making you think there is a horny woman and then you are tricked into signing up to spam site. Beware of these things when you are browsing the personals sections on places like craigslist.
